Young Indians holds mental health workshop at Govind Vidyalaya

Jamshedpur, Oct 13: Young Indians conducted a workshop on mental health at Govind Vidyalaya, Tamolia, attended by around 190 students from Classes 9 to 12.

Addressing the session, team member Mokshita Gautam advised students to reduce junk food and screen time, maintain a balanced diet, ensure proper sleep and strengthen social relationships for better mental health. She encouraged students not to suppress their emotional or physical problems but to seek help from doctors or trusted individuals. School Secretary Abhishek Sharma, Principal Krishna Modak, Head of HOD Naushad Razia and other teachers were present on the occasion. The workshop helped raise awareness about maintaining emotional well-being among students.
