Jamshedpur, June 21: The students of XLRI organized an event at their Learning Centre on 20 June 2024, where they made a significant donation to the EKAL campaign. The event was graced by the presence of Rajesh Mittal, President of the Jamshedpur Chapter, and Abhishek Garg, Secretary.
On this occasion, Prof. Padma, Dean of XLRI, and the students presented a cheque of Rs 209,996 to the EKAL campaign. The event featured a unique interaction session with the Dean and students of XLRI, who delivered a 30-minute lecture on the goals, aspirations, and functioning of Friends of Tribals Society (FTS).
During the session, students eagerly asked questions, which were answered enthusiastically. The students of XLRI expressed their excitement about collaborating with FTS Jamshedpur and announced plans to initiate a live project for marketing EKAL products, involving a dedicated team.
Additionally, the students showed a keen interest in visiting Ekal Vidyalayas and agreed to participate in future programs. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the Ekal Abhiyaan and marks a significant step towards bringing positive change to society.
