Jadugora: District education department is running an eight day long training programme �Buniyad Plus� for teachers at Durku Primary School, Jadugora. As many as 41 teachers are learning the ropes of teaching. They are learning how to teach moral education, how prepare lesson plan and how to perform annual evaluation of children. The programme will continue till 14th August.
Trainer Prem Kumar Das said, �We have included teachers of class III up to class V in this training programme. The teachers are being taught how to instil in children a sense of responsibility towards the country and their village and society in general. They are also being trained to ensure maximum presence of children in schools and develop a sense of self-respect in them.�
The participating teachers came from Bhatin, Asanbani, Kuldiha, Bango, Gwalkanta, Narayanpur, Jamdih and Magru. The trainers included Nishikant and Sharad Chandra Mahato.
