Jamshedpur: Narendra Das, timekeeper of Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), Jadugora, retired on Tuesday. He served for 28 years. He had joined the company in March 1991. A valedictory function was organized in the Personnel Department of UCIL in this connection today. The chief guest of the occasion was D Hansda, Additional Manager of UCIL. He gave gifts to Das and praised him for serving honestly and sincerely. He said Das never left room for anyone to complain against him and motivated his co-workers a lot.
Others present on the occasion included MK Panda, KS Padiyar, Mangal Singh, Rajendra Prasad and Narayan Mahali.
