Jamshedpur: Friends of Tribal Society (FTS) Yuva, Jamshedpur, has launched a new chapter of leadership by announcing its Executive Committee for the upcoming tenure. The organization, recognized for its commitment to social service and youth empowerment, plans to expand its outreach and impact under this new leadership team.
Over the years, FTS Yuva has established a powerful presence through its core initiatives. The group supports Ekal Vidyalayas, organizes large-scale tree plantation drives, celebrates national festivals, and raises funds for the education of underprivileged children. A consistent focus on service, dedication, and sustainable development drives these efforts.
The newly appointed committee features Rashmi Garg as Advisor, Saurav Sonthalia as President, and Poonam Agarwal as Secretary. Joining them are Piyush Chaudhary (Vice President), Sweta Goyal (Treasurer), and Nidhi Mittal (Joint Treasurer). The organization also appointed Payal Moonka, Sneha Agarwal, Rohit Goyal, and Komal C. Mittal as Joint Secretaries.
Reflecting on her tenure, outgoing President Rashmi Garg called her time in office inspiring and fulfilling, praising the team’s collective social contributions. Former Secretary Piyush Chaudhary highlighted grassroots impact as the organization’s primary strength, while Nidhi Mittal emphasized the importance of transparency and efficient resource management.
Newly elected President Saurav Sonthalia vowed that the team would build on past successes to broaden social initiatives. Secretary Poonam Agarwal prioritized youth engagement and innovation, while Treasurer Sweta Goyal reaffirmed her commitment to fuelling social work through effective resource utilization.
