Two workers die at UCIL mines

Jamshedpur : In a shocking mishap two middle age contractual workers, Madhu Hansda ( a resident of Bakra village) and Ganesh Hembrom (a resident of Bagjata), both in Mosaboni block under Ghatshila subdivision of East Singhbhum district, died this afternoon when they were buried under loose soil inside the mines. The rescue team from UCIL went inside mines for retrieving the body.

Mosaboni thana in-charge, Suresh Linda confirmed the incident and the death of two workers. Linda who had been to the spot said that rescue operation for the contract workers were on.
