Jamshedpur, Sep 3: Sitaramdera police arrested two men with 17 packets of brown sugar near D Block, Bagunhatu, on Friday late night. Those arrested were identified as John Topno and Rohit Singh, said Ranjit Kumar, officer in-charge of Sitaramdera PS. He said the accused persons were arrested on the basis of a tip-off. He said the two supplied narcotic substances in the area. Police was searching for the culprits for the last several days, he said.
