Jamshedpur, Jan 1: TRF welcoming the New Year held a get together on Wednesday, Jan 1, 2014 in the company premises to welcome the opportunities of growth that the year 2014 will bring and to learn lessons from the past.
TRF resolved to work together as a more focused and cohesive team and perform better despite the difficult business scenario. PK Tibdewal, COO, spoke on the need to save money and make money by competing better and exploring new opportunities of business.
Hemant Kharkar, said that the Company was performing well but there was tremendous scope for improvement. RK Rahi, General Secretary, TRFLU added that we must believe in our ability to do well despite adverse business environment.
Sudhir Deoras, MD elaborated that our Company had great potential to grow as it operates in infrastructure sector which is poised to grow.
He was proud that the Company had completed 50 years and said that it had the strength and potential to grow for another 50 years. He shared the New Year message sent by Cyrus P Mistry, Chairman, Tata Sons to all employees of Tata Group.
Earlier Sudhir Deoras, MD, TRF Limited and RK Rahi, General Secretary, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union (TRFLU), jointly cut the New Year cake in the presence of senior executives, union committee members, Hemant Kharkar, and PK Tibdewal.
