Tatanagar: SER demands four Vande Bharat trains

Jamshedpur, Jan 30: South Eastern Zonal Railway has demanded four Vande Bahrat trains from the Railways. A proposal in this regard has been sent to the Board, sources said, adding that three Vande Bharat trains are expected to start running via Tatanagar while one train is likely to run on Ranchi-Patna route. Once the Board gives its nod, the trains may run on Howrah-Tatanagar, Howrah-Barbil and Howrah-Rourkela route. A 160 kilometre per hour speed trial of the train has been conducted in Tatanagar, Rourkela and Kharagpur route.
