Tata Workers Union role in employment to registered wards question
Jamshedpur. December 4: Pressure has been put on Tata Workers Union, the authorized union of Tata Steel, to provide jobs to the registered people.
A memorandum was submitted regarding this. In this memorandum it was said that registered sons and daughters should be given jobs. A memorandum has been submitted to the Chairman. These people have told that employment of registered sons has also made the election dearer.
If it is not so, then before the election notification, notification related to the employment of the registered candidates should come. Tata Workers Union has now become just a branch office of Tata Soteel management.
It was alleged that It has been 90 days since the agreement of the company formed for the purpose of employment of registered people of retired employees, but till now what is the process related to the employment of registered people in these two companies is not known.
No information was given on criteria related to employment, age limit and most importantly, when and how will the employment start.
