Jamshedpur, Sep 19: Tata Bluescope employees would get 18.57 per cent annual bonus this year. The bonus would be given to 115 employees who would also get an additional goodwill amount of Rs 2500. A total of Rs 51,55,866 would be spent on bonus along with Rs 3 lakh goodwill amount.
According to sources, the maximum and minimum bonus amount will be Rs 68,558 and Rs 27,597.
Last year, the company had given 15.96 per cent bonus. The bonus amount would be transferred tomorrow.
The bonus agreement was signed by the company MD Anoop Trivedi, Chief HR Neena Bahadur, VP Ashish Bhaduri, HRA GM Rajesh Tripathy, GM Indranil Vishwas, Finance Head Piyush Kumar, Rakeshwar Pandey, Vijay Khan and other union leaders.
