Sakchi Gurudwara Treasurer Jasbir Singh Gandhi Passes Away

Jamshedpur: Sardar Jasbir Singh Gandhi, the treasurer of the Sakchi Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, passed away on Monday. He was 65 years old. He had been unwell for the past few days and was undergoing treatment in Raipur.

He is survived by his wife and three children. As soon as the news of the passing of Jasbir Singh Gandhi—who was known for his amicable and friendly nature—spread, a wave of mourning swept through the Sikh community of Jamshedpur.

Expressing his deep grief, Sardar Nishan Singh, President of the Sakchi Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, said:

“Sardar Jasbir Singh Gandhi was an exceptionally active and dedicated member of the committee. His simple, warm, and friendly nature endeared him to everyone. His sudden demise is an irreparable loss for the entire Sikh community. May Waheguru grant peace to his departed soul.”

His final journey will commence from his residence on Tuesday. The funeral and last rites will be performed on Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM.

Various Sikh organizations and social bodies across Jamshedpur have expressed their profound condolences over the passing of Sardar Jasbir Singh Gandhi.
