Tanker provides water for temporary Chhath Ghats in Bagbera

Jamshedpur, Nov 19: Zila Parishad vice president Rajkumar Singh, on the request of Parishad member Kishor Yadav, used his personal 3,000 liter capacity tanker to provide water to the temporary Chhat Ghats installed at Kunwar Singh Maidan, Shahid Maidan and other places under the Bagbera Colony Panchayat area. Rajkumar Singh said that in order that Chhat devotees did not face any problem in performing rituals, water was being provided as in the past year for them to pray at the temporary Chhat Ghats. He said that on Friday, November 20 too water would be supplied free of cost from morning hours.

Rajkumar Singh appealed to all Chhath devotees to abide by all COVID-19 protocols while observing Chhath puja at the Ghats. Those present were Zila Parishad member Kishor Yadav, Deputy Mukhiya Sunil Gupta, Panchayat Samiti member Dharmendra Chauhan, social worker Brij Tiwary, Sunil Sinha and many others.
