Soon, Tailik’s to have a community hall in city: MP

Jamshedpur, April 23: All India Tailik Sahu Mahasabha celebrated the birth anniversary of Bhama Shah in a grand manner on Sunday, April 23.

A blood donation camp was also organized on the day to pay tributes to the legendary figure. The blood donation camp at Sakchi Bari Maidan Club House collected 97 units.

The camp was headed by district president of the Mahasabha Rajkishore Prasad. The camp which started at 9 am continued till 3 pm. Chief guest for the occasion was Jamshedpur MP Vidhut Varan Mahato.

Addressing the gathering, Mahato said, soon a community hall for the Tailik society will be constructed in the city and we would provide all possible help for the same. ‘The increased participation in politics of the society is known by the party and we would provide all facilities to the people of the tailik society as and when required.

Guest of honour was former minister Banna Gupta said that in terms of the population there is need for participation of tailik society from the government to the political outfits.

The community can progress only by education and being united. Congress district president Bijay Khan said that within the next five years the social organisation would progress and become stronger as the youths of the community are hard working.

BJP district president Dinesh Kumar said that youths of the tailik community should make their presence felt in politics.

During the blood donation camp women and elderly were felicitated. The blood bank, Red Cross society played vital role in making the camp successful. On the occasion Kundan Lal Gupta, Dharmendra Kumar and others were present.
