Jamshedpur: City-based religious organization, Shri Shiv Shakti Parivar, is going to celebrate Mahashivratri in a grand manner from 13th February to 15th February. Pundit Jeevanand Mishra and Pundit Akhilesh Pandey will jointly perform Maharudrabhishek and Mahamrityunjaya Jaap on the first day. On the second day, noted bhajan singer Dr Deepak Mishra and other artists from Deoghar would present Shiv Vivah bhajans.
This was informed by the outfit president Raj Shekhar Prasad Singh on Sunday. He said a large number of devotees from different states are expected to attend the event. A procession would be taken on the last day throughout the city. A bhandara would also be organized for the devotees. The chief guest of the event would be Krishna Rani from Mujaffarpur and the chairman of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Uday Kaushik Kailashi.
