Series of events mark ‘Paryatan Parv’ at SDSM

Jamshedpur, Oct. 18: As per CBSE guidelines Paryatan Parv was celebrated at SDSM School for Excellence from 5th October to 18th October 2017. Various events were organized during the fortnight. Slogan Writing Competition, Essay, Painting, Quiz Competition and Debate Contest saw participation of students.

The closing ceremony was celebrated on 18th October as a special assembly. This included song presentation of different states of the country by the students. Next was as integration speech by students in various languages and dance performance by junior students. The common theme in all these events was �Unity in Diversity�. The students of junior classes also made beautifully decorated �diyas� and presented them in the school assembly. The Principal, Moushumi Das acknowledged the various participants and wished them �A Happy and Safe DIwali�. All the teachers and staff members were present on this occasion.
