Seraikela: Seraikela-Kharsawan Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan on Wednesday appealed to the people of the district to ensure their valuable contribution in the ongoing preparations for Swachh Sarvekshan Rural 2018.
He said only public participation and cooperation could make the district a top performer in the forthcoming survey. He said Seraikela-Kharsawan had already been declared open defecation free (ODF).
The district administration is running a mass awareness campaign ahead of the rural survey. Mock surveys are being held in 100 revenue villages of the district, said the DC.
