Jamshedpur, March 17: The court of Sub Divisional Magistrate of Chandil ordered 15 per cent reduction in the monthly maintenance amount imposed on the residents of Ashiana Bramhananda Owners Welfare Society, Tamulia. He directed Ashiana Maintenance Services to make sure that construction or maintenance work should be carried out only with the consent of flat owners. The allotment of Club House and its maintenance should be carried out by Owners Association, the residents said quoting the order.
Ashiana Maintenance Services has filed an appeal against the SDM Court�s order with the Seraikela Civil Court, sources said.
