Seraikela: The New Primary School, Bhalubasa, has turned into a den of illegal activities these days, it seems. Many parateachers and other people are using the school premises for spending time while drinking or taking other addictive substances.
The local residents allege that the teachers should give up such practices and discharge their duties properly.
