SCCI for all facilities at Tatanagar railway station second entry gate

Jamshedpur, May 15: Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry has criticized various facilities such as current reservation counter, reservation chart display board, no arrangement for providing information about reservation status and inquiry counter at the second entry gate of Tata Railway Station.

Drawing the attention of Archana Joshi, General Manager, South Eastern Railway, to the problems being faced by the passengers due to this, has urged to complete it at the earliest.

This information was given by SCCI president Vijay Anand Moonka and general secretary Manav Kedia.

They claimed that Tatanagar railway station is the most revenue generating station under Chakradharpur division and maximum number of passengers travel in this division and Tatanagar railway station has started being counted among smart railway stations, but second entry due to non-provision of the above facilities for the passengers at the gate, the passengers have to come towards the main entrance for this, due to which the passengers are facing trouble.

Therefore, like the main entry gate at the second entry gate, other facilities like current reservation counter, reservation chart display board, arrangement for providing information about the status of reservation and inquiry counter, etc. need to be made available at the earliest keeping in view the convenience of the passengers.
