Saryu Roy wants Jamshedpur East electorates to share their grievances 

Jamshedpur, May 3: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy has issued an open letter for residents of his assembly constituency on Tuesday.

“I had started the program of “Sampark, Samasya Samadhan (connect, problem, solution)” by taking some active colleagues of the area along with them. As a result of my personal efforts and “Sampark, Samasya, Samadhan” program, many public problems have been resolved at the ground level,” the letter states while thanking people for support during the two years of being MLA.

“Efforts are made to solve the problem received through phone and other means, but there seems to be a need for information collection. It can be possible to get these information only when all the citizens help in this and promptly send the problem of their respective area directly to us,” the letter adds calling upon masses to share their problem.

The letter also shares the Independent MLAs office’s contact numbers (toll free mobile number – 1800 1212 395 and whatsapp number – 88 7753 7777. So that people can inform their grievances at the earliest for early solution to their problem.

“While giving information, you must state / send your name, address, type of problem,” the letter informs.

“A few days ago, I had informed the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand Government in detail about the public problems of Jamshedpur in writing. They have been demanded to convene a high-level meeting in this regard in which the Secretary / Principal Secretary / Additional Chief Secretary of Revenue Department, Urban Development Department, Traffic Department should be with him. If it seems appropriate, then also invite the competent officer of Tata Steel Ltd., who has taken the responsibility of public facility provider in this meeting,” the letter states.

The MLA also seeks suggestions from masses in order to be able to amend the demand letter before the chief secretary.
