Jamshedpur, March 8: There was a huge gathering of devotees at Suryadham Shivalaya in Sidhgora during the Maha Shivratri celebrations. They flocked to the temple since morning to worship Baba Bholenath, performing Jalabhishek and offering prayers.
Odisha Governor, Raghubar Das, also participated in the celebrations, seeking blessings by offering prayers to Devadhidev Mahadev, Mata Parvati, Shri Ram Darbar, and the Sun God in the pagoda of Suryadham. He performed Jalabhishek at the Shivling, praying for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the people of Odisha and Jharkhand.
The atmosphere at Suryadham Shivalaya resonated with the chants in praise of Lord Shiva throughout the day. Officials and members of the Sun Temple Committee, led by Chairman Bhupendra Singh, remained dedicated to serving the devotees, ensuring the smooth conduct of the rituals.
