Ranchi: Medininagar district administration removed the ban on wearing black dress during PM Narendra Modi�s programme. SP Indrajeet Mahatha said any person may wear dresses of any colour during the programme. He said police had issued an advisory in view of erstwhile situation. But now there should be no confusion on dress code, he said.
