Jamshedpur, July 29: Sheyn International School organized Inter House Basket Ball Competition 2019 on 27th of July. The students of all the four houses Pegasus, Phoenix, Griffin and Unicorn competed against each other.
The event started with the introduction of the participants to the Principal Satadru Roy and Vice Principal Pushpa Bhalla by the sports mentors of Sheyn Akash Das and Manish Mahato.
This was followed by the Oath taking ceremony by the sports captain of the school. The tournament was then declared open by Vice Principal Pushpa Bhalla.
The tournament was organized in four categories-Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Senior Boys and Senior Girls.
The winners of the tournament were Junior Boys Griffin House, Junior Girls Phoenix House, Senior Boys Pegasus House, and Senior Girls Phoenix House. The overall champion of the tournament was Phoenix House bagging the maximum number of points to their credit.
Principal Satadru Roy and Vice Principal Pushpa Bhalla congratulated the winners and gave away the trophies and certificates to the jubilant winners amidst cheering.
