Ranchi. Oct. 29: Commercial Tax Secretary, Jharkhand, Mrs. Nidhi Khare on Thursday said that keeping the problems of businessmen in mind, the state government has abolished the mandatory of submission of invoice-wise return of goods sold to unregistered businessmen along with first and second quarterly returns.
Moreover, application submitted for Tax Composition Scheme will be disposed off within five days.
Mrs. Khare was said this while presiding over the advisory committee of businessmen.
The secretary further said that the alternative of time expansion or eradication of Tax Composition Scheme in the present financial year has been extended up to November 30, 2015.
Businessmen who have wrongly filed online form �C� and form �F� for financial year report 2012-13 and 2013-14, will be able to amend them only once between November 1, 2015 and November 30, 2015. She added that this facility will not be available from December 1, 2015.
Mrs. Khare told businessmen that under rule 63 of the Value Added Tax Act 2005, the audit duration of provisioned Rs. 40 lakh will be increased and the provision as well as simplification of voluntary registration will be considered by the department. Moreover, self- assessment will be promoted for the facilitation of businessmen.
