Jamshedpur, July 25: One person was critically injured while another sustained minor injuries in a road accident near Kandra Cinema Hall in Seraikela-Kharsawan on Monday.
The victims were identified as Pratap Gope and Sanjay Kumar Mahato.
Sources said the mishap occurred when Gope and Mahato were returning home separately on bicycle and bike respectively. Just then a trailer truck knocked them down. Local residents caught the truck driver and found him to be in an inebriated condition. The driver was handed over to police.
