Jamshedpur, October 9: The next hearing in the Lal Baba Foundry encroachment case will be held on November 11, 2024.
Tata Steel, on Wednesday, filed a reply (rejoinder) against the stay order filed by the opponents in the court of Munsif Jitend Ram of Jamshedpur regarding the land of Lal Baba Foundry located in Burmamines being freed from encroachment. The court has fixed the date of November 11 for the next hearing in the case. It is known that the order to free the Lal Baba Foundry encroachment land in favour of Tata Steel was issued by the court. To stop the said order, the encroachers had filed a petition before the court for a stay order.
