Netaji’s Statue unveiled at Jamshedpur Mahila Samiti premises

Jamshedpur, Jan 23: A statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was installed in the premises of Jamshedpur Mahila Samiti at Q Road in Bistupur on Wednesday in tribute to the iconic freedom fighter’s 127th birth anniversary. The statue was unveiled by Subhash Sanskriti Parishad’s Vice President and Sreeleathers’ Director, Shekhar Day. Present at the event were Jyotsna Day, Bithika Roy, Preetilekha Roy, Purabi Ghosh, and Jharna Kar, who offered floral tributes at Netaji’s statue.

During the event, Jyotsna Day of the Jamshedpur Mahila Samiti spoke on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s life. Speaking to the students present on the occasion, she urged them to tread along the path shown by the iconic freedom fighter. Members of the Jamshedpur Mahila Samiti and school students were present at the occasion.
