NSF founder Kunal Shadangi said that people suffering from hypertension, diabetes and heart diseases who had been infected by coronavirus could face serious repercussions due to high blood pressure. He said that the greatest factor causing hypertension was changing and hectic lifestyle. He attributed comfort-loving lifestyle that was pushing the youth to harboring the disease. “Apart from these factors, lack of exercise, irregular diet and work-stress are also adding to the increase in cases of hypertension. The best way to prevent this disease is to get the blood pressure level checked intermittently.”
