Musabani: Six robbers arrested with pistol

Jamshedpur, Dec. 21: Musabani police have arrested six accused involved in robbery cases. DSP Chandrashekhar Azad in Musabani police station said that on December 4, a man was assaulted and injured on the Tetabadiya Kodasol bridge on Gudabandha Musabani main road. His black colored Super Splendor and a mobile phone were robbed by criminals.  Along with that, three criminals from Sadakgutu Jaherthan snatched a girl’s mobile phone from her by showing fear of a pistol.

After registering a case in this incident, a team was formed under the leadership of DSP Chandrashekhar Azad by Senior Superintendent of Police East Singhbhum under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Rural. While conducting research, this team raided different places and arrested six criminals. From whose possession a bike, a tempo and the looted goods involved in the robbery have been confiscated.

 Amaruddin Ansari, Arbaaz Alam, Mohammad Azad, Sheikh Asif are residents of Kapali police station area among the arrested criminals hile Junaid Firoz Mahulbeda is a resident of Musabani. Out of which the criminal Mohammad Azad is originally a resident of Musabani Mahulbeda Mohammad Nagar. But his present address is in the Kapali police station area. DSP Chandrashekhar Azad said that all of them have an old criminal record.

He said that the investigation is going on in this case and further arrests may be made. He informed that all the parts were separated by opening the robbed motorcycle in the garage of arrested criminal Sheikh Asif. It has been found in the investigation that after stealing the bike, they were opened here and sold the parts separately. The mobile phone snatched by the criminals from the street gang has also been recovered.
