Jamshedpur: DAV CMC New Delhi organized a mini marathon, titled ‘Run of DAV,’ at DAV Bistupur on Wednesday. The 2-kilometer race aimed to promote world peace, goodwill, service, and health. The event began at Gopal Maidan, with the race route passing through Gopal Maidan before concluding at the school. A total of 350 participants enthusiastically took part.
Senior teacher OP Pathak addressed the students, highlighting the contributions of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. In the race, Pulak Soren, Arnav Jha, Samar Chaudhary, Shubhsmita Kar, Rishika, and Fiza emerged as winners. Teachers GB Santosh and Shashank Singh were recognized as top performers.
School Principal Pragya Singh was present at the event, adding to the excitement and encouraging the participants.
