Md. Mustaq Gaddi in police net for vandalism at Jamshedpur DC Lounge

Jamshedpur, Oct 17: The police have cracked the case of the vandalism at Bistupur’s DC Lounge that took place on the evening of October 13.

Based on CCTV footages, Md. Mustaq Gaddi (37) was identified as the person who entered the lounge’s salon carrying an iron rod. He was arrested on Friday, and the rod was seized from his possession.

City SP Kumar Shivashish stated that an SIT team was formed under the direction of the SSP, led by DSP CCR Manoj Thakur, to investigate the incident.

Using CCTV evidence, the police successfully apprehended Gaddi.

Further details revealed that Gaddi, along with some associates, had been involved in an altercation in Sakchi. One of the victims was related to the DC Lounge operator. In retaliation, Gaddi targeted the Bistupur DC Lounge, carrying out the vandalism.

Two other FIRs related to incidents in Bistupur and Sakchi are also under investigation.

Md. Mustaq Gaddi has been sent to judicial custody.
