Ranchi: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha president Babulal Marandi today alleged that Narendra Modi was on a �foreign tour spree� after becoming the PM. He said Modi�s attention was now diverting from the poor people to developed countries.
He was speaking to scribes in the state Capital on Friday after a function organized to celebrate India�s Mission Mars success.
Marandi said the proposed Assembly building was not likely to be constructed in Kute. He said the Assembly, High Court, MLA residences and Secretariat will be constructed at HEC in a year in case he is able to form the next state government.
Asked about his recent meeting with Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav, Marandi said he had gone to see Lalu to know about his health. He said no political meaning should inferred from the meeting.
Further praising Indian scientists for their Mission Mars success, Marandi said the party activists should learn from it. He said the Indian scientists had made the impossible possible.
