Jamshedpur, June 27: Khalifa Alamtaz was elected Deputy Mukhiya of North Ghorabandha panchayat on Monday. She defeated her closest rival Shehzadi Begum by two votes in an election held at the local panchayat building today. She was felicitated by the local residents who garlanded her.
