Karim City College wins big at National Theatre Festival

Jamshedpur, April 27: Students of Karim City College have proved there metal once again.

After winning several awards at national level the students made the college proud again by winning 6 awards at the 31st National Theatre Festival organized by AAAJ, Jamshedpur from 21 to 27 April at Community Centre in Bhalubasa.

The Hay-Vadan was adjudged the 2nd best play, Shivlal Sagar won second prize for the best director trophy, Nishan Singh bagged the 2nd best Actor award, Best Music award was bagged by Manisha. In Make-up competition Prity won the first prize while the College drama team comprising of Nishan, Bhawana, Gyandeep , Irfan, Rinku, Neha, Manisha, Vikas ,Prakash,Vaibhav and Kesri Dubey won the best lighting award also.

Teams from 9 different states Manipur, U.P, Assam, M.P, Bihar, Odisha, Chattishgarh, Bengal and hosts Jharkhand participated.
