Asil help TFA beat Sesa Goa 2-1

Jamshedpur, April 27: Continuing their winning streak on Sunday Tata Football Academy (TFA) beat Sesa Goa by 2-1 in the U-19 I League match played at Keenan Stadium.

In the first two games skipper Udanta Singh did it for the hosts while on Sunday it was the chance of Asil to show his moves and he scored two winning goals for TFA.

After completing the half time at 0-0 both the sides came in hard at one another and TFA�s Asil managed to draw first blood by scoring a field goal in the 72nd minute and make it 1-0. He came back again in the 78th minute to get pass from right and kicked the ball in the net to make it 2-0 for the hosts.

Martina scored it for the Goan side in the extra time 90+2 minutes to end the match 2-1. The match was evenly matched and both the teams played attacking and fast football. Earlier in the day Subhash Mukherjee, International Footballer was the Chief Guest for the occasion and also met the players.

East Bengal Crush Hindustan by 7-0

In another match played between Hindustan FC and Kingfisher East Bengal at JRD Sports Complex Ground East Bengal crushed Hindustan FC by 7 goals to 0.

Jiten from the East Bengal scored four goals while Somnath, Kisen Bag and Subhankar Sana managed a goal each to make it 7-0. It was a completely one sided match.
