Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee officials on Wednesday prepared a roster for carrying out fogging in the mosquito breeding pockets across the city for a period of one month.
The JNAC officials said a total of eight teams have been set up for fogging and sprinkling of bleaching powder and other anti-larva chemicals in low-lying areas from 5th July to 4th August. The teams include eight health department officials and as many JNAC officials. Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar will flag off two awareness vehicles on Friday with the view to alert people on dengue and other vector-borne diseases.
