Jamshedpur, Apr 8: Jharkhand High Court has rejected the bail petition of accused in the murder of housewife in Kadma.
The bail petition of husband Baldev Singh, mother-inlaw of the murdered housewife, Uma Kaur and Pinki Singh all accused in the killing of Dolly Sahu in Kadma. The High Court admitted that if the accused are out on bail then it might affect investigation into the case.
Incidentally on September 26, 2020 the body of Dolly Sahu was recovered in the in-laws house at Bhatia Park in Kadma under suspicious circumstance, while she was found hanging but her body had several external injuries. A case was lodged against in-laws by father of the deceased girl Anil Sahu at Kadma thana.
