Ranchi, August 23: The Jharkhand government in a significant administrative reshuffle has transferred seven officers of the Jharkhand State Service. The move, announced by the Revenue, Registration, and Land Reforms Department, comes in the lead-up to the elections and aims to streamline the administrative functions across various regions.
Among the changes, five zonal officers have been reassigned to new positions. Anuj Tete has been moved from Rahe in Ranchi to Chakradharpur in West Singhbhum. Vikas Pandey will shift from Haidernagar in Palamu to Rahe in Ranchi. Rishikesh Marandi’s new assignment takes him from Pirtand in Giridih to Musabani in East Singhbhum. Santosh Kumar will transition from Musabani in East Singhbhum to Haidernagar in Palamu. Lastly, Girija Nand Kisku will leave Chakradharpur in West Singhbhum to take up his new role in Pirtand in Giridih.
In addition to the zonal officers, the transfer list includes an assistant settlement officer and a land reforms deputy collector. Rajni Regina Indwar, previously stationed in Ranchi as an Assistant Settlement Officer, has been appointed as a Zonal Officer in Palkot, Gumla. Jaivardhan Kumar, who was serving as the Land Reforms Deputy Collector in Sahibganj, will now take up the same role in Giridih.
This reorganization is part of a broader strategy that has also seen several police officers transferred and promoted recently.
