State-of-the-art cath lab inaugurated at Ranchi hospital
Ranchi, February 12: Chief minister Hemant Soren reiterated government effort at expanding and improving health infrastructure in the state while inaugurating state of the cath lab at the cardiac unit of Santevita Hospital in Ranchi on Saturday.

“The government is making continuous efforts to expand and improve the health facilities in the state. People should get good medical facilities in their own state, it is our top priority,” said Sorenwhile inaugurating online cathlab at Cardiac Unit of Santevita Hospital (a NABH accredited hospital) in Ranchi.
He congratulated athe hospital management for setting up a world class and state-of-the-art cathlab and hoped that patients do not have to go to big hospitals in big cities of other states after the infrastructure.
The Chief Minister said that efforts are being made to create such a strong health infrastructure in the state so that the patients here do not have to go to the big hospitals of the big cities outside the state for treatment. This will not only enable them to get better treatment near to their home, but will also get rid of the huge expenditure involved in going to big cities in other states. Apart from this, various problems caused by going to distant hospitals will also be relieved.

The Chief Minister said that whether it is a government hospital or a private one, state-of-the-art medical facilities are continuously increasing in Jharkhand.
“Especially in Ranchi, now better facilities are being available for proper treatment of serious and serious diseases. Steps are being taken by the government for maximum investment in the health sector,” informed Soren.
The Chief Minister said that many challenges are constantly coming in the field of health, which have to be dealt with.
“For the last two years, we are continuously fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Through our limited resources and better management, we have been able to control this epidemic to a great extent. Doctors and medical personnel have played a very important role in this. However, the challenges are not over yet. Therefore, health resources are constantly being increased. The government is working in this direction with full readiness and sensitivity,” added Soren.
On this occasion, secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Rajya Sabha MP Dheeraj Sahu, director of Amit Sahu were also present.
