Rs 89.78 Cr for state command control system aimed at improving policing
Ranchi, February 9: Nurses of government nursing institutes will have to serve in government hospitals for a minimum of one year.
The Hemant Soren-led cabinet in its meeting on Thursday, passed an approval making its mandatory for nursing staff passing from government institutions to serve for one year in all government hospitals. T
There will be a bond for at least one year. During this, they will be paid Rs 10,000 monthly honorarium. Those who do not work for one year, the government will charge a fine of Rs 1 lakh from them.
Among the 25 approvals which got the nod of the cabinet during the meeting also included a 20 percent increase in the honorarium of non-teaching staff in 203 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya across Jharkhand. Presently 1234 personnel are working in it.
Approval was given to arrange an additional amount related to 20 percent increase in honorarium of non-teaching staff working in 203 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas of the state under overall education from the state plan.
There will be a budget session of the assembly from 27 February to 24 March. The budget will be presented on March 3. Total working days will be 17.
It was also decided that Rs 2.48 crore will be paid to HEC for the land of Ranchi Smart City.
In the year 2022, the amount of Rs 268,14,35,500 crore was approved from the Jharkhand Contingency Fund for providing ex-gratia relief amount to each drought affected family in the light of drought declared in 226 blocks of 22 districts of Jharkhand.
Approval was granted to nominate Outlook Group under Rule 245, relaxing Rule 235 of the Jharkhand Finance Rules, for Designing and Printing of Coffee Table Book to be presented to the G-20 delegates.
Approval was given in relation to the revision of pay scale and grade pay approved for the post of Child Development Project Officer under the state and granting nod to convert 20 model schools into residential schools under Jharkhand state.
Approval was given to transfer 4401 sanctioned posts of Urdu teachers to non-plan items in intermediate trained pay scale level-6 (9300-34800 grade pay- Rs.4200) in elementary schools of Jharkhand state under state plan.
Approval on making State Command Control System. A total of Rs 89.78 crores will be spent. This will help in improving law and order.
With the effect of January 2023, the beneficiaries covered under the Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme were approved for distribution of food grains for one year i.e. till December 2023, free of cost.
It was decided that infrastructure will be developed at all tourist places in Jharkhand. There is a plan to give up on PPP (public-private-partnership) mode. Transaction advisors will be appointed for this.
