Jamshedpur: The three-day spiritual discourse, ‘Nani Bai Ro Mayro’ concluded on Thursday at the Sakchi Bodhi Mandir grounds, leaving devotees immersed in devotion and emotion. On the final day, renowned spiritual orator Jaya Kishori delivered a deeply moving narration from the Vyas Peeth, captivating the audience with her melodious voice and profound spiritual insights.

During her discourse, she vividly recounted the touching episodes of the reunion between Nani Bai and her father, the great Devotee Narsi Mehta, along with the divine fulfillment of the Mayra ceremony by Lord Krishna and Goddess Rukmini. The narration beautifully portrayed a father’s selfless love for his daughter and his complete surrender to God, leaving the audience emotionally overwhelmed.

Explaining the essence of the story, Jaya Kishori emphasized that when Narsi Mehta had nothing to offer for his daughter’s Mayra, he surrendered entirely to Lord Krishna. Meanwhile, Nani Bai faced taunts at her in-laws’ home due to her father’s poverty, prompting her to send a message seeking his help. Despite his worldly limitations, Narsi Mehta’s unwavering faith led him to call upon Lord Krishna, entrusting Him with his daughter’s honour.

Moved by this sincere devotion, Lord Krishna assumed the form of Narsi Mehta and personally arrived at Nani Bai’s in-laws’ residence. He presented a grand Mayra filled with gold coins, precious gems, and exquisite garments. The divine spectacle, marked by a procession of bullock carts, left everyone present astonished. Through this act, the Lord conveyed a powerful message—that He Himself takes responsibility for the honour and well-being of His true devotees.

Jaya Kishori further highlighted the importance of human life, urging devotees to use it meaningfully. She stressed that devotion through Bhajan and remembrance of God was the ultimate path to peace and salvation. The discourse concluded with a message of unwavering faith and the miraculous nature of divine grace.

The event was organized by Narayani Seva Trust, Jamshedpur, and witnessed an overwhelming response from the public. Each day began with traditional prayer rituals conducted by Acharya Abhishek Tiwari from Kolkata. Upon her arrival at the Vyas Peeth, Jaya Kishori was accorded a warm and traditional welcome by the organizers.
