Nodal Officers Review Govt Schemes Across Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: Nodal officers of the East Singhhbhum district conducted intensive inspections of government schemes across all blocks and urban bodies on Friday. The drive aimed to evaluate the progress of government schemes and the actual quality of services delivered to citizens.

During the field visits, nodal officers toured panchayats and municipal areas to inspect Anganwadi centers, schools, health sub-centers, Pragya Kendras (Common Service Centers), Public Distribution System (PDS) shops, MGNREGA worksites, and Panchayat Bhavans. The team specifically scrutinized the availability and quality of services related to education, health, nutrition, sanitation, and the public distribution system.

Key Inspection Deployments

Following the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Karn Satyarthi, the district administration mobilized senior officials to various regions to ensure grassroots accountability:

• Jamshedpur Block (Daldali): Assistant Settlement Officer, Mr. Anil Tuti.

• Patamda (Oriya): Assistant Settlement Officer, Mr. Md. Mojahid Ansari.

• Gudabanda (Forest Block): Director NEP.

• Dhalbhumgarh (Chukripada): Special Rationing Officer.

• Musabani (Benashol): Executive Magistrate Dhalbhum, Mr. Sudipt Raj.

• Dumaria (Astakovali): District Supply Officer.

• Bodam (Pokharia): Executive Magistrate Dhalbhum, Mr. Chandrajit Singh.

• Chakulia (Sardiha): Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Dhalbhum.

• Baharagora (Gopalpur): LRDC Ghatshila.

• Potka (Narda): LRDC Dhalbhum.

• Ghatshila (Jhatijharna): Block Development Officer.

• Urban Areas: The Deputy Election Officer inspected Jamshedpur FC and the District Land Acquisition Officer reviewed Mango Municipal Corporation areas.

Focus on Grassroots Impact

Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi emphasized that the objective of this campaign extends beyond mere progress tracking.

“We aim to identify ground-level hurdles and ensure immediate corrections,” the DC stated. “We are verifying that children receive nutritious meals at Anganwadis, schools maintain regular teaching schedules, health centers stock essential medicines, and PDS shops provide the correct quantity of food grains on time.”

The district administration reaffirmed its priority to reach every citizen and rectify any negligence promptly. The DC noted that consistent monitoring not only increases administrative accountability but also strengthens public trust. He further instructed nodal officers to ensure swift action based on their findings and solve identified problems on a priority basis.
