Jawara Puja on Mahasashthi at Sonari Shitla Mandir

Jamshedpur, April 8: On the occasion of Navratri celebrations, Mahasashthi was observed as Jawara Puja on Thursday late evening at Sonari Shitla Mandir in Marar Para. Popular social activist, Pappu Sardar performed prayers at the Mandir along with other devotees and prayed for prosperity and happiness for mankind. Earlier, Pappu was honoured with a sacred scarf of the Mother by members of Jawara Puja Yuvak Sangh and Mahila Samiti.

Religious songs were rendered by singers and devotees, along with Pappu Sardar danced in religious ecstasy. Pappu observed on the occasion, “Praying to the Mother devotedly, leads to peace, prosperity and joy in every home. The Mother blesses her mortal children and helps them in overcoming all difficulties.”

The organizing committee members along with devotees included Pyarelal Sahu, Bhola Sahu, Jagannath Sahu, Bandhan Sahu, Awadh Ram Sahu, Pancham Janghel and many others.
