Jamshedpur woman alleges dowry torture by husband, in-laws

Jamshedpur, Oct 18: One Saima Sultana of Azadnagar was allegedly driven out of her matrimonial house by her husband Shahnawaz Khan and in-laws after eight months of her marriage. She alleged that the accused persons demanded Rs 10 lakh in dowry from her parental family and also forced her to undergo abortion. She said she was married to Shahnawaz on 6^th December 2021. She also alleged that she was subjected to brutal treatment by the accused persons.
