Jamshedpur, Nov 23: Team Signa has been crowned the champions of the Tata Motors Workers Union Volleyball tournament played at TML Sports Complex in Telco on Wednesday.
Team Signa defeated Team BS-VI in the final by 3–0 sets with score line 25:10, 25:13, 15:23 to lift the Championship trophy.
RK Singh of Team Signa was awarded best player of the tournament.
On the occasion, Chief Guest Deepak Kumar, GM, CCE, Tata Motors, Kuntal Ray, DGM, CCE – Town Management, Tata Motors, Achintya Singh, DGM, CSR, Tata Motors, VN Singh, Head, Administration & Security, Tata Motors, Rajat Kumar Singh, Head – Town Administration, Tata Motors, Gurmeet Singh, President and R K Singh, General Secretary of Tata Motors Workers Union felicitated the winners and runners-up of the Tournament.
Total of eight teams participated in the tournament.
