Jamshedpur: A soulful Kirtan Darbar was organized at Tuiladungri Gurdwara Sahib, where three eminent Sikh leaders were honored for their service and contribution to the community. The Tuiladungri Gurdwara Management Committee felicitated Parvinder Singh, newly elected District President of the National Congress Party; Jyoti Singh Matharu, Vice President of the Jharkhand Minority Commission; and Satnam Singh Gambhir, East India President of the All India Sikh Students Federation, by presenting them with turbans.
The Kirtani Jatha enthralled the congregation with melodious Shabad Kirtan, filling the Gurdwara with devotion and reverence. Following the Kirtan, Granthi Singh offered prayers for the well-being and progress of the honored Sikh leaders.
Addressing the gathering, Jyoti Singh Matharu spoke about the initiatives and ongoing work for the development of the Sikh minority community in Jharkhand. Parvinder Singh expressed gratitude for the honor and assured full-time availability to serve the community, saying, “My phone is on 24 hours a day, and I am always available for the community.” Satnam Singh Gambhir, Federation President, reaffirmed his commitment to continue working selflessly for the cause of society and the upliftment of youth.
A large number of devotees attended the event, including Satbir Singh (President, Tuiladungri Gurdwara Management Committee), Sukhdev Singh Malli, Jaswant Singh, Jasbir Singh, Jaswant Singh Bhima, Dilbag Singh, Gurdeep Singh, and Kaka Rajneesh Singh.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Sukhdev Singh Malli, who expressed gratitude to all participants and devotees for making the event a memorable and spiritually uplifting occasion.
