Jamshedpur, June 29: East Singhbhum district on Wednesday reported 7 new cases of COVID-19, which took the overall tally to 69891. While five persons were discharged, 46 continue to remain under treatment. Mango and Kadma reported 2 new cases each while Sakchi, Telco and Sonari registered 1 new case each. Â Â Â Â Â
Out of 246 sample tests conducted 7 cases were turned positive. So far 69891 positive cases have been reported in the district.
The district administration has asked all authorities to focus on adopting extra preparedness measures in view of the upcoming festive season and to ensure that the COVID protocol is in place.
