Jamshedpur, August 1: Adityapur police station has got another success against brown sugar peddlers.
On the basis of secret information, the police arrested a person with 750 packets of brown sugar from Muslim colony and sent him to judicial custody. Seraikela SP Vimal Kumar said that the police had received secret information that brown sugar was being bought and sold in Adityapur Muslim Basti, after which a team was formed. The team interrogated a young man named Mohammad Firoz in custody. He was searched during interrogation.
During this, 750 bags of brown sugar have been recovered from him.
He told brown sugar was supplied by Mogla. The SP said that they would pray before court to issue attachment warrant against Mogla.
