Jamshedpur: Parents outfit want failed students to continue in DBMS English school 

Jamshedpur, April 11:  A delegation of Jamshedpur Abhibhavak Sangh met District Education Officer (DEO) Nirmala Kumari Barelia on Tuesday and handed over a demand letter.

Through this, demanded an order to allow the children who failed in class 9th of DBMS English School to stay in the same class this year. In this regard, Union President Umesh Kumar said that TC has been given to 35 children who failed in class 9th (session 2022-23) of DBMS English School.

In this regard, the school management says that all these children were not able to score good marks in the examination, so these children have been given TC. He said that all the failed children are regular students of this school and if these children have failed in class 9th then the question directly arises on the school management. If these children were weak, what efforts were made by the school management for these children? Whether arrangements were made by the school management for the children to take extra classes?

Umesh Kumar said that now the deadline for enrollment in higher classes in most of the schools has expired. If these children are given TC, then the future of the children will hang in balance.

If the parents are ready to teach their children for one year and in 9th standard, then giving TC to the children by the school management is like playing with the future of the children. He demanded the DEO to allow the school management to keep the failed children in class 9th. The DEO has assured them that they will make necessary efforts in this regard for the betterment of the future of the children.
